The UK’s largest & highest profile celebration of all things horticultural attracting 35,000 visitors a day, the Fortnum & Mason Hospitality Village featured dining for up to 1000 guests daily with celebrity and VIP in attendance at every sitting. Additionally the Presidents Marquee formed part of the Royal visit and was attended by HRH Queen Elizabeth II and close family

Attendance & input into Table Top planning event
Production of Risk Assessments and Emergency Plans
Operational & safety management for build, operation & de-rig
Daytime operational management support of the facilities

Shots are from both Live at Ludlow Castle, and Live at Kirkstall Abbey - special and unique venues with little or no history of live music events of this scale, and we can't be happier or prouder with how they've been received.

Huge thanks to the LFX Teams on the ground and to Futuresound for bringing us along for the ride!

Just one more show to go at each site and then we get to take it all down, load it all out and start planning for 2025 when we'll do it all over again!

It's a busy week for the Events Division with team

It's a busy week for the Events Division with teams onsite across the UK.

In Sheffield we've delivered the site & event production to the new Euro2024 fan zone - FanCity, with Sheffield's largest LED screen.

In Birmingham we've concluded our three event series with the much-loved UoB Grad Ball, taking place at The Vale this year due to the usual site being unavailable at short notice!

We were thrilled & delighted to be named as the UK Best Health & Safety company at the @festivalsupplierawards 2024 last week.

This is the first award that we have entered for our H&S work and the win links beautifully with the re-launch of our dedicated Event Safety division LFX Safety - headed up by Eddy Grant, who will take on the mantle and lead on the delivery of our Event Safety services going forward.

The Award - presented by Huw Stephens, was accompanied by a statement from the judges referencing our work with Brighton Pride CIC, and stating " it was brilliant to see such proactivity from a supplier, providing the event organiser with guidance and recommendations to improve how the event is run. "

Renowned Event Safety Specialist, Eddy will head up the growing Event Safety division within LFX Events taking on responsibility for developing the Company’s event safety division and steering its progress as the business expands with significant new contract wins and growth internationally.

Eddy is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Safety and Health, Professor of Professional Practice in Events Management, at the Institute of Business, Industry and Leadership. University of Cumbria, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy... and brings a wealth of real-world experience to the Company with his extensive work on major national, international & global events across all areas of the events sector.
