Our firmly established relationships with universities across the UK coupled with our years of experience mean we are experts in the field, planning and delivering events within the education sector from 500 to 7,000 people.

Stakeholder Liaison

At LFX, we understand your needs when planning an event, making it our priority to liaise with the relevant contacts and meet with the responsible bodies, whether it is a student wanting to bring an event to the union, or answering queries from a university liaison.

We take pride in keeping all participating parties in the loop and up to date, including any volunteers at your event. We understand that volunteers represent your event and play a vital role in helping your event to run and therefore, we take full responsibility, giving volunteers a complete briefing of the event, signing them in and out and ensuring that they fully understand their role in the event.

As a critical component in the successful delivery of any event, we also take charge of stakeholder relationship management. We make it a priority to ensure that the key stakeholders of your event are kept informed and brought up to speed with the latest developments.

Event Planning

Whether you are planning a host of events for Freshers’ Week, a spoken word event, a student club night or an end of year ball, we are experts in the student field.

If you need help launching your new student event, or need ideas for a new event within the education sector, we offer full event consultation and development.

When it comes to ticketing, we have the contacts to create your physical tickets for you and list digital tickets on all leading ticketing websites. In addition, we can allocate your tickets and manage the allocation, distribution and sale of tickets.

At LFX, we take pride in our meticulous planning and organisation. In order to help us plan your event, we conduct initial site visits and like to meet our clients face-to-face to discuss event plans. With our professional event team and event safety expertise, we will manage both your event and all safety aspects with professionalism and efficiency.

An essential part of our post-event evaluation is reflecting on each project and recording the effectiveness of each individual aspect. This allows the event to grow and the customer experience to be enhanced year-on-year.

Timings – both internal and advertised
Crowd management

All aspects of the event are captured in a single post-event report to be used and referred to in future planning, making an essential and important record of what went well, and what could be improved next time.
