We work with your chosen venue to conduct a detailed and thorough risk assessment tailored to your event. We study and profile the risks using the latest techniques to ensure the event is set up and runs smoothly and safely.

With our extensive knowledge and experience, we can help to draw up the design of your corporate event and its technical specification, ensuring that your chosen location/venue has the right requirements.

Implementation and Delivery

LFX will be the first on site and the last to leave. We take great pride in our meticulous organisational skills, taking care of the technical plans and professional production schedules for your event. This ensures everything runs to time in the lead up and delivery of your event and everyone is fully informed with when and where everything is happening.

In addition to the thorough risk assessments produced before the event, a bespoke method statement will be in place for the duration of the event, identifying the potential hazards associated with your event and having a step by step guide in place as a provisional measure ensures the safe implementation and delivery of your event.

As a critical component in the successful delivery of any event, we take charge of stakeholder relationship management. We make it a priority to ensure that the key stakeholders of your event are kept in the loop and up to date with the latest developments.

We also continually liaise with the venue and client to ensure everyone is kept fully informed so that the event can run smoothly and to plan.

In terms of operational management and staffing, we pride ourselves on providing industry experts to cover every aspect of your corporate event with proficiency and professionalism. Equally at home indoors and out, our operational and events team are experienced at delivering events from 500 to 50,000 people and handle every aspect of your event on the day. 

Post-event Evaluation 

We take pleasure in creating long-lasting relationships with our clients. We like to view ourselves as partners in your event, rather than simply suppliers to it.

An essential part of our post-event evaluation is reflecting on each project and recording the effectiveness of each individal aspect. This allows the event to grow and the customer experience to be enhanced year-on-year.

To ensure a thorough evaluation, our events team take detailed notes and observations throughout the event delivery on all aspects, including:

  • Consumer research
  • Site layout
  • Timings – both internal and advertised
  • Crowd management

All aspects of the event are captured in a single post-event report to be used and referred to in future planning, making an essential and important record of what went well, and what could be improved next time.
